At Detoxpolish, we want every sedentary worker to feel confident when purchasing our movement programs. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund or return for the Desk Reset Starter, Weekly Flow Pro, and Executive Movement Plan programs purchased through detoxpolish.world.
Digital Product Nature
All movement programs offered by Detoxpolish are digital products delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to program materials including guided sessions, reference documents, and support resources. Because digital content can be accessed and downloaded instantly, our return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the nature of digital product delivery.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- You request a refund within fourteen calendar days of your purchase date
- You have accessed fewer than twenty percent of the program sessions or materials
- You experienced technical issues preventing access to program materials that our support team could not resolve within five business days
- You were charged twice for the same program due to a processing error
- You purchased the wrong program tier and have not begun using the materials, provided you request an exchange or refund within seven days
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- More than fourteen calendar days have passed since your purchase date
- You have accessed more than twenty percent of the program sessions or downloaded substantial program materials
- You have completed the majority of sessions in your enrolled program
- Your access was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use, including unauthorized sharing of program materials
- You simply changed your mind after extensively using the program materials
- Corporate or team enrollments covered by a separate written agreement with different terms
Program-Specific Terms
Desk Reset Starter ($49): Eligible for a full refund within fourteen days if fewer than three of the twelve micro-movement sessions have been accessed. After accessing three or more sessions, the purchase is considered final.
Weekly Flow Pro ($129): Eligible for a full refund within fourteen days if fewer than six of the twenty-eight guided sessions have been accessed. Programs where Week One has been fully completed are not eligible for refund.
Executive Movement Plan ($249): Eligible for a full refund within fourteen days if fewer than ten of the eighty-four sessions have been accessed and no personalized schedule consultation has been conducted. Once a consultation has taken place, only partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Detoxpolish at office@detoxpolish.world with the subject line Refund Request. Include your full name, email address used for purchase, program name, purchase date, and reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within five business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within ten business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you purchased a program tier that does not match your needs, you may request an exchange for a different Detoxpolish program within seven days of purchase, provided you have accessed fewer than twenty percent of the original program materials. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. Contact us at office@detoxpolish.world to initiate an exchange.
Partial Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, such as persistent technical issues affecting a portion of program content or service interruptions during your enrollment period, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the affected content. Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Detoxpolish management.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with our team may result in permanent suspension of access to all Detoxpolish programs and services. We will provide relevant purchase and access records to payment processors when disputing fraudulent chargeback claims.
Corporate and Team Purchases
Movement program purchases made on behalf of a company, department, or team may be subject to separate contractual terms agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Corporate refund requests should be directed to the authorized account contact and are handled according to the applicable agreement. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory refund or cancellation rights for digital products, those rights apply in addition to the terms described here. California residents may have specific rights under California consumer protection laws.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on detoxpolish.world with an updated last modified date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
